Gerald is a fully qualified financial adviser and has been looking after the Mortgage and Insurance needs of clients for nearly twenty years. During this time he has advised countless LGBT clients and their families, helping them to secure Life Assurance and Mortgage products without any intrusive personal questions.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in Banking, Finance and Mortgage Advice. He has been a leading activist around Gay Insurance issues for over nearly 20 year’s and was the person responsible for the removal of the ‘Gay Question’ from Life Assurance applications in 2005.

He also co-wrote the Association of British Insurers HIV & Insurance guidelines which oversee the way that gay and HIV Positive people are treated by the Insurance Industry. Chris led a 10 years campaign to secure Life Assurance for people living with HIV and in 2009 was successful in persuading the UK Insurance Industry to introduce HIV Life Assurance.

Chris is a former Financial Adviser of the Year, Barclays Young Business Person of the Year and finalist in the FT Adviser Mortgage Adviser of the Year contest. He was recently shortlisted at The European Diversity Awards for Barclays Campaigner of Year. This is for his work as a Diversity Leader within the UK Financial Services Industry.

He is the UK’s leading financial expert offering advice to LGBT and Alternative Families on Mortgages and Insurance products.

We charge a set fee of between £595 and £995 payable on application, dependent on the amount of work involved, the type of mortgage you are applying for and any commission we receive from the lender on completion of your mortgage.
